At Made By IVN, every piece is crafted with precision and intention. Due to the nature of our work, our policies are outlined below to maintain quality and fairness.
Custom Jewelry
All custom-made pieces are final sale. Because each item is designed and created specifically for you, we do not accept returns on custom jewelry.
Exchanges are only permitted if the item arrives defective. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If notified within this timeframe, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items
For all ready-made, non-custom items, we offer refunds in the form of store credit under the following conditions:
A 100% store credit may be issued upon request after delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging).
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the item.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Made By IVN.
48-Hour Full Refund Window
- Orders canceled or refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
- After 48 hours, eligible ready-made item returns will be issued as 100% store credit, provided they meet the return conditions above.
- Custom jewelry remains subject to the Custom Jewelry policy and is not eligible for return once production has begun.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Every piece goes through strict quality inspections before shipping.
If your item arrives with a defect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible
- Once approved, you may choose between:
A replacement of the same item, or A full refund
Please note:
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund under this policy
- The item must not show signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if:
- The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- The request falls outside the stated timeframes
- The item is a custom-designed piece
